Web Technology Administrator

• Built the marketing area's Intranet Web Servers. Installed hardware and software, configured application and database servers.
• Established the Intranet Web Site Structure and Standards, which included; page format and structure, publishing processes and requirements, directory structure and navigation structure.
• Developed and taught FrontPage 2000 training, support, and content development assistance for 13 departmental Web authors.
• Worked on our Web development team to design, develop, test, implement and maintain 20 web-based applications to support 250 marketing area office users and 87 stores with 200+ associates at each site.

E-Mail Administrator

• Administered the Lotus cc:Mail system for our marketing area and provided user support for approximately 300 office, store and mobile users.
• Researched and implemented the Pleoria Mail Scout rules server that improved e-mail communications by allowing users to define rules that automated their Lotus cc:Mail and cc:Mail Mobile inboxes.

Lead Shift Operator

• Served as Administrator for the marketing area's Xcellenet Remoteware servers that retrieved and transmitted data to our stores.
• Maintained and designed forms and reports for the Xerox 4635 Laser Printers.
